You can find our lashes, makeup, and tools at selected Dollar Tree Stores, The 99 Store, Burlington, and Roses Discount Stores. Some collections can only be found at certain stores.


Yes! We sell limited quantities online. Once a specific collection is sold out they are gone forever to make room for the next collection. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch our newest collection!


We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Please note that weekends do not count as shipping days.


All orders are shipped with a tracking number. The carrier and tracking information is emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
Please check your “Junk Mail” if you did not receive a tracking email.


If an item is back-ordered, customer service will inform the customer and provide options, such as: waiting for the item to come back in stock, offering a different color, a refund for that item, etc. Once the customer confirms their choice, the order is then shipped.


Domestic: USPS First Class Mail and FedEx Ground delivery time is generally 3-9 business days, depending on the distance between the two regions. These carriers deliver Monday through Friday.


Carriers will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. If you do not see your package, contact the carrier with your tracking information. You are responsible for any lost or stolen package after it has been delivered by USPS, or FedEx. 

When the package leaves our facility and is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund.

What is pre-order & how does it work?
  • Items marked as “pre-order” or “pre-sale” are new limited edition collections made available to purchase before the item is ready to ship.
  • The price is shown in your cart and your payment is processed at the time of checkout.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
  • While an estimated ship date is provided, this date is not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Products are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many pre-orders were taken before yours.
  • You will receive a shipment notification email once your product has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery address.
