We aim to provide the highest quality lashes. In the event that you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, please let us know! We would love to help you process a refund or return.
– You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
– Returns MUST be made within 7 days upon receipt.
– All returns must be UPOPENED AND UNUSED per company policies regarding COVID-19 sanitary guidelines.
– Please contact us via email to begin the return process: [email protected]. Be sure to include the order number, item number/name and your phone number.
– Shipping costs are deducted from any potential refunds.
– We do not reship orders if tracking information indicates your package as “delivered”, is deemed as undeliverable, is refused, or is the result of nonpayment, or issues with your mailing address.
